Role Description

We are hiring a Video Editor who understands editing with a focus on content performance, not just cutting clips.

Location: On-site, Bahawalpur

✅ Experience:

➤ Preferred: 1 to 2 years

➤ Minimum: 6 months, only if you have a strong portfolio

✅ What You’ll Do:

➤ Edit short-form content such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts with strong hooks and retention focus

➤ Work on long-form videos with proper pacing, storytelling, and structure

➤ Apply basic motion graphics where needed to improve engagement

➤ Collaborate on ideas, not just execution

✅ Requirements:

➤ Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro

➤ Working knowledge of After Effects

➤ Basic motion graphics skills required, even at beginner level

➤ Familiar with AI tools to improve speed and workflow

➤ Understanding of current content trends and what performs

✅ Bonus Skills:

➤ CapCut

➤ Photoshop

➤ Canva

✅ Important:

➤ Portfolio is mandatory

➤ Show real work that reflects storytelling, retention, and editing decisions, not just effects

✅ Who should NOT apply:

➤ Template-based editors with no understanding of content performance

➤ People who only follow instructions and cannot think independently

➤ Candidates unable to complete a custom sample test
