We're Hiring: Video Editor & Media Manager

On-Site | Siddiq Trade Center, Lahore, Pakistan

Breakwater is looking for a talented Video Editor & Media Manager to join our growing team. If you're skilled in creating high-quality short and long-form content, have experience with AI-powered media tools, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Edit engaging video content for social media, ads, and brands

• Manage media assets and quality control processes

• Create and enhance content using AI tools

• Collaborate with founders and marketing teams

• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

What we're looking for:

• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)

• Excellent storytelling and attention to detail

• Experience with AI-assisted media creation

• Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Lahore

Bonus:

• Motion graphics experience

• Viral short-form content editing

• Workflow and template creation experience

• Knowledge of TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube best practices
