We're looking for a Video Editor to bring our clients' brands to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for social media, paid ad campaigns, client deliverables, and our own brand. You'll transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos that drive results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook), paid ads, and client projects
• Cut, sequence, and assemble raw footage into finished pieces with music, sound effects, voiceovers, and motion graphics
• Add titles, lower-thirds, captions, transitions, and basic animations
• Apply color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency
• Optimize video formats and aspect ratios for different platforms and ad placements
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and social media teams to align video output with campaign goals and brand guidelines
• Manage and organize project files, assets, and media libraries
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Stay current with editing trends, formats, and platform best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio or showreel
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro a plus)
• Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm
• Experience editing for social media and paid advertising
• Working knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and basic animation
• Familiarity with color grading and audio editing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools
• Understanding of social media algorithms and what drives engagement
• Basic videography/shooting skills
