We're Hiring: Video Editor (Full-Time) - Spice Pixels

At Spice Pixels, we are a post-production agency that takes craft seriously. We work across a range of video projects, and we hold every frame to a high standard. We are now looking for a skilled, full-time Video Editor to join our team.

This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone who understands that great editing is more than transitions and effects, it is about storytelling, emotion, and precision. If you rely on presets, random transitions, and trending templates, this role is not for you. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Strong understanding of narrative structure, storytelling, and emotional pacing

✔ Professional-level colour grading — not just filters

✔ Clean audio balancing and thoughtful sound design

✔ Sharp attention to detail and consistency across deliverables

✔ Ability to take creative direction and execute it accurately

✔ Openness to feedback with a mindset focused on continuous improvement

✔ Reliable, communicative, and deadline-driven

SOFTWARE

We primarily work within the Adobe ecosystem. Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred. Candidates experienced in other professional-grade tools, such as DaVinci Resolve, are also welcome to apply.
