We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging visual content that aligns with our brand standards and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Assembly & Editing: Organize, trim, and assemble raw footage into a seamless, cohesive final product.
• Post-Production: Apply professional color grading, audio mixing/mastering, and sound design to enhance the overall production value.
• Visual Storytelling: Incorporate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and special effects to ensure the narrative is clear and compelling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project briefs, deadlines, and artistic direction.
• Asset Management: Manage project files, organize media assets, and maintain efficient workflows for quick delivery and archival.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, editing techniques, and software updates to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Requirements

• Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating experience in short-form and long-form video content.
• Advanced Software Proficiency: Advanced, expert-level mastery of industry-standard post-production suites. Candidates must demonstrate deep technical knowledge in:
• Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (including complex multi-cam workflows and proxy workflows).
• Motion Graphics/VFX: Adobe After Effects (compositing, tracking, and advanced keyframing).
• Color Grading: Advanced color science and grade management in DaVinci Resolve.
• Creative Eye: A keen sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality output across various aspect ratios and delivery formats.
• Time Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience: [Insert Number] years of experience in commercial, creative, or social media video production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D integration or advanced plugin ecosystems (e.g., Boris FX, Red Giant).
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices and content optimization for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
