Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished final products
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, and color correction
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and content creators
• Ensure videos align with brand tone, style, and objectives
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, social media, ads, etc.)
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Review and revise edits based on feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
• Knowledge of audio editing and color grading basics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and animations
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats
• Understanding of basic cinematography principles
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work
