Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro) – Short-Term Contract

Project Scope

• Edit a 3-hour recorded video
• Create an audio-led version using still visuals
• Assist with initial workstation setup and installtion of Adobe Premiere Pro

We are looking for a hands-on Video Editor with strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro who can both execute the edit and help ensure our editing system is properly configured for smooth delivery.

This is a short, focused engagement with clear deliverables and a tight timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit a 3-hour raw video recording into a clean final cut
• Perform audio cleanup and balancing for spoken-word clarity
• Apply basic to intermediate colour correction
• Add opening and closing credits
• Design and include stills, title cards, and text slides
• Create a separate audio-focused version using still images
• Assist in setting up and optimising our editing PC (Windows, 16 GB RAM)
• Ensure Adobe Premiere Pro is correctly installed, configured, and ready for production
• Export final deliverables in agreed formats

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience configuring editing systems for performance (scratch disks, codecs, proxies, exports)
• Solid understanding of audio editing for long-form spoken content
• Ability to design clean, minimal still visuals
• Comfortable handling long recordings efficiently
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per week
