AllThings+ Business Hub is looking for a Video Editor and AI Video Creator who can edit existing footage, photos, and short-form content, while also creating videos independently using AI tools when no footage, photos, or ready content are available.

The right person should be able to take an idea, script, service, or business concept and turn it into a professional video using editing skills, AI video tools, stock assets, captions, music, voiceovers, and visual storytelling.

This is a remote, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for creating video content from idea to final output, following brand direction, content themes, and project instructions provided by the team. The role requires someone who is comfortable working across video editing, AI content creation, and basic design while delivering clean, professional content that aligns with brand standards.

Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Reels Creation

• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and social media videos in vertical format
• Create strong hooks, clean pacing, captions, music, transitions, and simple motion elements
• Turn raw footage, photos, scripts, or ideas into polished ready-to-post content
• Repurpose content into different short-form formats for social media

2. AI Video Creation From Scratch

• Create full videos using AI tools when no original footage or photos are provided
• Turn business ideas, services, or scripts into complete video concepts
• Use AI video tools, AI images, stock footage, voiceovers, captions, and music to build professional content
• Develop videos independently based on the direction and brand style provided

3. Brand Consistency & Execution

• Follow approved brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and layout direction
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all video content
• Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
• Keep files, exports, and assets organized
• Ensure all final work is clean, professional, and ready to use

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and Reels
• Ability to create AI-generated videos from scratch
• Experience using AI video or AI content creation tools
• English fluency, written and verbal
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Ability to follow U.S.-style clean and modern design standards
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or light animation experience
• Experience working with U.S. or international brands
• Understanding of social media content formats
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, or similar
• Understanding of marketing visuals and promotional content
