Video Editor Internship (6 Months)

Merahkie International is looking for a Video Editor Intern to join our remote creative team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys editing YouTube videos, AI-generated video ads, and digital content for Social Media, and wants hands-on experience working with a growing international brand — all from home.

Role & Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos, marketing content, and AI-generated video ads
• Work with raw footage, AI video assets, screen recordings, and stock media
• Add music, sound effects, captions, transitions, motion text, and basic animations
• Create short-form videos for ads and social media platforms
• Design basic thumbnails and creatives using Canva
• Ensure proper pacing, clean cuts, sound balance, and platform-ready output
• Coordinate remotely with the creative and marketing team to meet deadlines

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with any of the following tools:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut
• Working knowledge of Canva
• Basic understanding of color correction, sound balancing, and export settings
• Ability to edit long-form (YouTube) and short-form (ads/reels) content
• Own computer/laptop capable of handling video editing software
• Access to required editing software (trial versions not preferred)
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and comfortable working from home
