Video Editor & Animator (Full-Time - Dehradun Only)

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp-eyed Video Editor + Animator who can craft compelling reels, motion graphics, product explainers, podcast highlights, and animated brand content that grabs attention and tells stories visually.

This isn’t just about stitching footage, it’s about understanding brand tone, transitions, mood, and energy. If you think in timelines, transitions, and typography, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Podcast Cuts
• Create motion graphics and animated explainers (for brands, products, social media, etc.)
• Use stock footage, effects, audio & transitions to elevate storytelling
• Work with the design & content teams to align visuals with brand identity
• Repurpose raw content into fast-paced, high-retention social edits
• Add subtitles, visual effects, and intro/outro animations as needed
• Handle post-production for client and internal projects
• Keep up with reel trends, editing styles & transitions that perform

Tools You Should Know:

• Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro)
• After Effects / Adobe Animate / Blender
• Photoshop / Illustrator (basic level for assets & overlays)
• Bonus: CapCut, Filmora, Canva (for social-first repurposing)

You’re a Fit If You:

• Are obsessed with clean, creative edits & smooth transitions
• Understand pacing, audio syncing, color grading & brand tone
• Can ideate and create from scratch, not just follow instructions
• Can work under deadlines and still deliver polished output
• Know the difference between a post and a performance-worthy piece
• Are up-to-date with the latest editing trends, transitions, and viral styles

Important Note:

• Role is in-office only (Dehradun HQ)
• Internship Duration: 6 months
• For full-time roles: Minimum 0.5–2 years experience preferred
• Stipend/salary discussed based on skills + portfolio

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
