This role is part of ZIA's in house Production (Post Production) team and works closely with cross functional teams to bring campaign stories to life through impactful dual language video content. You are fast, detail oriented, culturally aware, and comfortable editing for Arabic speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit video content with a focus on Arabic language across formats including campaigns, social content, event highlights, and reels.
  • Work with raw footage and storyboards to deliver polished edits aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure tone, pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact resonate with Arabic speaking audiences.
  • Collaborate with producers, creatives, and content teams to understand narrative direction.
  • Add Arabic subtitles, voiceovers, or music as needed based on audience and platform.
  • Deliver final files in multiple formats for web, social, and offline use.
  • Implement feedback quickly and precisely, often on short turnarounds.
  • Ensure all assets are brand aligned, technically sound, and culturally sensitive.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 4-6+ years of experience in video editing.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in Modern Standard Arabic (regional dialects a plus).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience editing content for both social media and formal/government use.
  • Solid understanding of story structure, sound editing, transitions, and Arabic text layout.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with multiple priorities.
  • Agency or government/media organization experience is a strong plus.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Basic color grading and sound mixing skills.
  • Experience with event coverage or fast turnaround editing.
  • Motion graphics capability in Arabic.
  • Experience subtitling or preparing bilingual video content.
  • Familiarity with UAE government content guidelines or protocols.
