We’re a fast growing content marketing agency helping brands, entrepreneurs, and creators scale their presence with engaging short-form and long-form video content. From Instagram Reels and TikToks to YouTube Shorts and long-form content, we turn ideas into viral-worthy edits that get attention and results.

Now, we’re looking to grow our creative team with editors who are either already skilled OR hungry beginners ready to master the craft of editing and become part of something bigger.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re open to both experienced editors and dedicated beginners. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your attention to detail, and your drive to become one of the best.

Whether you're already editing or just getting started—we’ll train you, support you, and help you sharpen your skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Occasionally assist with long-form edits (YouTube videos, podcasts, etc.)
• Use editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (preferred tools)
• Pay attention to pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, sound effects, and overall flow
• Follow creative briefs and apply feedback with precision and a positive attitude
• Stay organized, manage your time, and communicate clearly with the team

Compensation:

Pay is based on skill level and experience.

Beginners who are willing to learn will start with training and mentorship

Skilled editors will be evaluated with a test project

As you grow and prove your value, your pay will grow with you

Tools We Prefer:

• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut (desktop or mobile)
