Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor – Captions & B-Roll Editor to join our team on-site in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for storytelling, retention-focused editing, dynamic captions, and engaging B-roll integration.

This role is best suited for someone who understands modern social media editing styles and can produce high-quality content with strong pacing and viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital and social media platforms.
• Create engaging captions/subtitles with clean formatting and proper timing.
• Add relevant and impactful B-roll to improve storytelling and retention.
• Ensure smooth transitions, sound synchronization, pacing, and overall edit quality.
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to execute editing requirements efficiently.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of retention-based editing and current social media trends.
• Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content formats.
• Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools is preferred.

Important Note

This is a strictly on-site position in Karachi. Remote work is not available for this role.
