Video Editor – Christian & Real Estate Content (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a growing media brand producing Christian-based entertainment and real estate content. We're looking for a skilled, full-time video editor based in Egypt who can take our long-form podcasts and talking-head content and turn them into polished, high-performing videos across YouTube and all major social platforms.

This is a remote, full-time role with consistent weekly pay. If you love storytelling through video, understand how to grow audiences, and can work with faith-based content respectfully and skillfully - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Editing

- Long-form podcast episodes (multi-person, conversational)
- Talking-head and interview-style videos
- Short-form clips cut from long-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Occasional real estate-related video content

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience editing long-form podcasts and multi-person talking head videos
- Demonstrated results growing YouTube channels and social followings for past clients
- Strong understanding of what makes content perform — hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails
- Skilled at repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form clips
- Comfortable editing Christian-based content with cultural sensitivity and care
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

- Experience with motion graphics or lower thirds
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and platform best practices
- Experience with real estate or business content

Compensation & Details

- $1,000 USD/month (full-time)
- Paid every Monday via Wise
- 100% remote — work from home
