Video Editor & Content Produce

Seeking candidates who have recently completed their degree or have accumulated up to three years of professional experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor & Content Producer who can handle the full production lifecycle—from planning and shooting, all the way to editing, color grading, and final delivery, confident in interviews, and capable of producing professional-quality videos that match our brand standards.

The candidate should also be familiar with AI-powered video and design tools, using them to enhance footage, generate supplemental visual elements, speed up workflows, and elevate the final product.

Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Production

● Participate in planning video concepts, storyboards, and visual direction.

● Handle videography, including camera setup, lighting, and audio recording.

● Conduct on-camera interviews, directing talent professionally and confidently.

● Capture high-quality footage using different lenses, lighting conditions, and setups

● Ensure proper framing, composition, and production aesthetics during filming.

Post-Production

● Edit raw footage into clean, engaging, and professional videos.

● Create smooth transitions, dynamic cuts, and engaging pacing.

● Add music, sound effects, dialogue enhancements, subtitles, and graphics.

● Perform color correction and color grading for consistent visual tone.

● Fix audio issues (noise reduction, equalization, balancing).

● Enhance shots (stabilization, exposure fixes, retouching).

● Export final videos optimized for various platforms (social media, YouTube, ads, etc.).

AI-Enhanced Workflow

● Use AI-powered video and design tools to improve efficiency and creativity,

● Generate supporting Videos and visuals (graphics, backgrounds, elements) using AI.

● Apply AI tools for sound cleanup, transcript editing, and scene improvements.

Collaboration

● Work closely with the marketing and content teams to meet creative goals.

● Brainstorm and contribute ideas for new video formats and visual styles.

● Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a Video Editor / Videographer (showreel and breakdowns required).

● Strong shooting skills: cameras, lighting, lenses, audio equipment.

● Proficiency in:○ Adobe Premiere Pro○ After Effects○ DaVinci Resolve (color grading)

● Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.

● Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement and content creation.

● Ability to handle full production cycles independently when needed.

● Excellent organization, creativity, and attention to detail.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
