Video Editor / DesignerAbout the Role

We're seeking a creative and versatile Video Editor/Designer to join our dynamic startup team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can wear multiple hats—from editing compelling videos to designing Posters and carousels on-brand visual content that tells our story.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaign Posters and carousels , Content Research.
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain consistent brand themes across all visual content
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, design, and AI tools to keep our content fresh and innovative
• Optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Required Skills & Tools

• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animations, visual effects)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, color grading, audio mixing)
• Adobe Photoshop (graphic design, photo manipulation, asset creation)
• Strong understanding of:
• Branding principles and brand identity systems
• Visual storytelling and narrative flow
• Color theory, typography, and composition
• Experience with AI tools

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in video editing and design (startup or agency experience is a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing your best video and design work
