We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our Political Department and help craft compelling visual content for political campaigns and public outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for political campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.

Work closely with the creative, content, and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with campaign objectives.

Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling and maintain audience engagement.

Ensure videos reflect the desired tone, message, and branding of the political candidate or party.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality output.

Stay updated with political trends, current affairs, and social media trends to produce relevant and timely content.

Maintain organized file management and archives for easy access and future use.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor, preferably in political campaigns, media agencies, or digital content creation.

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an eye for political messaging.

Knowledge of social media video formats and optimization for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Flexibility to work irregular hours during critical campaign periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Media Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience with political content or familiarity with Indian politics and election campaigns is a strong advantage.

Basic understanding of camera operations and shooting techniques is a plus.
