Job Role

We’re looking for talented individuals who can:

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat
• Create strong hooks, pacing, cuts, captions, sound design, and visual moments that keep viewers watching
• Turn raw footage into clear, entertaining, high-retention stories
• 2D and 3D motion graphics
• Understand what makes videos perform on social media and edit with retention in mind
• Organize footage, projects, exports, and revisions in a clean and efficient workflow
• Work remotely and communicate clearly with the team on deadlines, feedback, and revisions
• (Optional) Edit longer-form YouTube videos or help create selects from long-form footage
• (Optional) Be data driven and help analyze what’s working to improve future videos
• (Optional) Keep up with trends and suggest new editing styles to grow pages

Job Qualifications

• Experience editing short-form videos (required); experience editing creators or social content is a plus
• You understand short-form pacing (hooks, retention, captions, sound, movement, storytelling)
• You have strong editing fundamentals: timing, structure, pacing, music, captions, sound design, and clean exports
• Familiar with at least one editing workflow (Final Cut Pro / Premiere / DaVinci / After Effects / CapCut)
• You must spend a good amount of time on social media (TikTok/Instagram/Snap) and understand what performs
• Fast learner — you will be expected to learn new skills and improve quickly

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
