Video Editor (Freelance)

RankHawn is a digital marketing and growth agency helping businesses scale through SEO, content, growth marketing, and creative media. We are looking for a freelance video editor with an extensive portfolio who can bring our ideas to life with engaging, high-quality video content.

Role Overview:

As a Freelance Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing compelling videos for social media, marketing campaigns, client projects, and internal brand communication. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to deliver videos that align with campaign objectives and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content (short-form & long-form).
• Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and visual effects where needed.
• Repurpose existing content into reels, shorts, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Maintain consistency in video style, tone, and branding.
• Collaborate with content & marketing teams on creative concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3+ years as a video editor with an extensive portfolio/showreel showcasing past work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design.
• Ability to edit content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Ads).
• Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in social media content creation.
• Knowledge of current video trends (reels, shorts, viral edits).
• Basic 2D/3D animation skills.

Engagement Details:

• Type: Freelance (Project/Hourly basis)

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
