Video Editor & Graphic Designer

About the Role

CIIM is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor who can turn raw footage into compelling content for social media, YouTube, ads, and training materials. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing team, trainers, and content creators to produce videos that match CIIM's brand identity and storytelling style.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Reels, Ads, and Course Content
• Add engaging elements like transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and thumbnails
• Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency in every output
• Collaborate with trainers to create instructional videos and short educational clips
• Manage footage, organize files, and maintain project timelines
• Work on animations and text overlays for reels and promo videos
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, effects, and social media formats

Required Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, CapCut, or After Effects, Canva.
• Ability to create dynamic shorts/Reels with trendy effects
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and sound design
• Knowledge of basic color grading and audio correction
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual aesthetics
• Motion graphics skills (bonus)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
