We are hiring a skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer who understands both creativity and performance marketing.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for producing:

• Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok-style, YouTube Shorts)
• Paid ad creatives (Meta, YouTube, Google Display)
• Static posts and carousels
• Thumbnails and cover graphics
• Basic motion graphics
• Branding assets for client campaigns

This role requires speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form video content
• Add captions, hooks, transitions, and motion graphics
• Design high-converting ad creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients
• Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Follow SOPs and internal workflows
• Collaborate with the content and operations team

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Strong experience with Photoshop & Illustrator
• Basic motion graphics (After Effects preferred)
• Understanding of social media trends and formats
• Ability to deliver on time consistently
• Strong attention to detail

Bonus if you:

• Have worked with U.S.-based clients
• Understand performance marketing and ad creatives
• Can think strategically about hooks and engagement
