Boost Ad Agency is hiring a talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to craft compelling video content and visuals across digital platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and love staying ahead of content trends, we want to hear from you.

Video editing responsibilities

• Produce short-form and long-form video content for ads, social media, and websites
• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and text overlays to enhance storytelling
• Optimize and format videos for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Stay current with video and content trends to keep output fresh and platform-native

Graphic design responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and branding materials aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and web teams to deliver cohesive visual content
• Adapt designs across multiple platforms and screen sizes

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of professional experience in video editing or graphic design
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
• Strong eye for visual consistency, color, and composition
• Familiarity with social media content formats and digital marketing basics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a team setting
• Agency experience is a plus
• A portfolio or samples of previous work are required to apply
