Digital Fidelity Studios is a music production and recording studio based in Lahore, home to Mekaal Hasan Band and the broader creative ecosystem connected with him. Our work spans record production, music video creation, social media content, and visual storytelling for some of Pakistan's biggest names in music, including Atif Aslam, Fawad Khan, Aima Baig, Ali Azmat, Mekaal Hasan, Romaisa Tariq, and Misha Shafi.

The Role

We are hiring one person to handle both video editing AND graphic design. This is not two roles. It is one creative who can think in both motion and stillness, who can cut a reel in the morning and design a concert poster in the afternoon, and have both feel like they came from the same hand.

You will lead the visual content for our artists across social media, music releases, concerts, and brand campaigns.

What You Will Do

Video Editing:

* Cut and finish vertical reels and YouTube Shorts for artist channels

* Edit music videos, lyric videos, and visualisers

* Produce behind-the-scenes content from studio sessions

* Build concert recap videos and live performance edits

* Handle color grading, sound design, and audio mixing

Graphic Design:

* Design single covers, EP visuals, and music release artwork

* Build social media graphics (single posts, carousels, story templates)

* Create concert posters, event flyers, and tour visuals

* Design YouTube thumbnails for music releases

* Maintain visual brand consistency across all artist channels

* Build reusable design templates for the studio team

What You Bring

* 3+ years combined experience in video editing AND graphic design

* Strong portfolio covering both areas (we will ask for video reel and design samples)

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

* Comfort with Figma or Canva Pro for fast social work

* Strong typography sense and composition skills

* Understanding of music industry visual language

* Familiarity with Pakistani music culture

* Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

* Good written and spoken English

Preferred:

* Previous work with music artists or labels

* After Effects motion graphics skills

* Basic audio mixing knowledge
