Video Editor & Graphic Designer – Content Creation, Audio and Lighting

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our media production team.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strong visual sense, capable of handling video editing, motion graphics, audio design, lighting, and animation rendering at a professional level.

You’ll also be confident operating camera equipment to capture raw video feeds and transforming them into polished, visually engaging content for our social media, e-learning, and branded training platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit high-quality video content for online courses, training materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Operate professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio tools to record clear and consistent footage.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition, applying cinematic transitions, colour grading, and seamless audio integration.
• Design visually compelling graphics and marketing assets using Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Develop motion graphics, 3D elements, and intermediate Level 3 rendering and animation sequences to enhance visual storytelling.
• Balance and synchronise audio with background music, voiceovers, and sound effects for a professional finish.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to deliver content that aligns with brand tone and educational objectives.
• Maintain consistent branding and quality across all video and visual assets.
• Manage raw and edited media files, ensuring organised storage, backups, and efficient content workflows.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Firefly.
• Skilled in Canva for quick visual design and social media creatives.
• Hands-on experience with camera operations, lighting, and studio recording setups.
• Strong understanding of 3D rendering, compositing, and intermediate-level animation (Level 3) workflows.
• Knowledge of colour theory, composition, storytelling, and sound design.
• Excellent creative judgment and ability to meet tight deadlines with precision.
• Familiarity with e-learning, CPD-accredited content, or educational media is an advantage.
