Video Editor & Graphic Designer

PCMCI Group is looking for a talented and creative MALE Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, has a strong eye for design, and is comfortable working with the latest AI powered tools to produce high-quality, engaging content. If you love creating short form content, have a knack for aesthetics, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment we want to hear from you.

We are based in DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercials & Office timings are from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design engaging graphics, thumbnails, social media posts, and marketing banners
• Integrate AI tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, Midjourney, etc.) into the creative workflow
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Add motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to video content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to meet content calendar deadlines
• Stay updated on the latest trends in short-form video and social media design

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Deep understanding of short-form content: hooks, pacing, transitions & audio sync
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
• A strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work (required)
• Experience with 2D/3D motion graphics or animation
• Knowledge of color grading techniques
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance metrics
• Basic copywriting or content writing skills
