This role involves editing both short form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long form YouTube content, ensuring each piece is visually engaging and aligns with provided brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with a team member who supplies scripts, b roll, and strategic direction, allowing you to focus on delivering polished, high impact videos that resonate with the real estate market. The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast paced environment where quick turnarounds and openness to feedback are essential.

Deliverables

• Edit and produce short form videos for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong pacing, captions, and visual effects.
• Create long form YouTube videos, integrating b roll, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Apply clean sound design and ensure all content meets brand standards.
• Collaborate with team members to interpret scripts and implement feedback efficiently.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both short and long form content.
• Proficiency in CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Ability to use transitions, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Experience working with scripts, brand guidelines, and b roll footage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to accept and implement feedback.
• Fast turnaround times and strong organizational skills.
• Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Availability for a full time contract position; remote candidates welcome.
