Video Editor & Graphic Designer For UGC Videos

Join VM MEDIA, a leading performance marketing agency in the GCC, working with high-growth brands and large-scale ad budgets across TikTok and Snapchat.

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who understands performance creatives, not just aesthetics. Your main goal is to turn raw UGC into high-converting ad assets through smart edits, strong hooks, and platform-native execution.

Your Mission

Transform UGC videos into scroll-stopping paid ads and support the creative team by producing high-performing variations at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Edit UGC videos for TikTok Ads & Snapchat Ads
• Add text overlays, hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for performance
• Create multiple variations from one UGC (different hooks, pacing, structures)
• Apply effects, cuts, zooms, subtitles, and platform-native styles
• Design static ad creatives using Canva & Photoshop
• Collaborate closely with the creative & performance teams to iterate based on results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience editing UGC-style short-form videos
• Clear understanding of performance hooks & ad psychology
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (or similar)
• Solid design skills in Canva & Photoshop
• Ability to work fast, structured, and performance-oriented

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Advanced video effects & motion skills
• Experience working with paid ads or performance agencies
• Familiarity with TikTok & Snapchat ad formats
