Role Overview

We're hiring a visual storyteller who can design, edit, and animate. Someone who can turn a simple brief into a professional, ad-film style video. From static posts to high-quality animated ads, you should be comfortable creating content that looks premium and performs well.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

· Edit engaging reels, ads, and marketing videos for multiple platforms

· Create professional animated ad films and explainer videos

· Add transitions, typography, effects, and sound design for polished output

· Deliver fast-paced content without compromising quality

Motion Graphics & Animation

· Create high-quality motion graphics and animated content

· Develop professional animated ads (beyond basic cuts)

· Produce dynamic visual effects and kinetic typography

· Build animated templates for recurring content needs

Graphic Design

· Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and brand creatives

· Create infographics, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials

· Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines

· Design for both digital and print formats

Creative Development

· Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual ideas from scratch

· Collaborate with content and marketing teams on campaign ideas

· Translate complex technology concepts into visual stories

· Maintain brand consistency across all content

Project Management

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

· Respond quickly to feedback and iterate efficiently

· Organize and maintain asset libraries

· Ensure timely delivery of all creative project

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

· 3-6 years of proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics

· Strong portfolio demonstrating:

§ Video editing (reels, ads, marketing videos)

§ Motion graphics and animation work

§ Graphic design (social media, digital ads, brand materials)

§ Ad-film style content creation

· Experience creating professional animated ads (not just basic cuts)

Technical Skills

Video Editing:

· Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

· Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression

· Experience with color grading and audio editing

· Knowledge of video optimization for various platforms

Motion Graphics & Animation:

· Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects

· Ability to create professional 2D animations

· Experience with kinetic typography and visual effects

· Understanding of animation principles and timing

Graphic Design:

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

· Strong layout and composition skills

· Typography and color theory knowledge

· Experience designing for digital and social media

Additional Tools:

· Basic familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools

· Understanding of sound design and audio editing

Creative Skills

· Strong visual storytelling ability

· Ability to develop concepts and storyboards from scratch

· Creative thinker with attention to detail

· Understanding of current design trends and best practices

· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visuals

Soft Skills

· Fast execution and ability to meet tight deadlines

· Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)

Portfolio Requirement

· Portfolio submission is mandatory

· Must showcase video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design work

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience

· Experience working with B2B brands or marketing agencies

· Understanding of technology, cybersecurity, SaaS or healthcare IT sectors

· Exposure to enterprise marketing and sales enablement content

Marketing Knowledge

· Understanding of ad creatives and performance marketing

· Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific requirements

· Experience in storytelling or ad-style scripting

· Familiarity with A/B testing and creative optimization

Advanced Skills

· Experience with 3D animation and rendering

· Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles

· Video production and filming experience

· Understanding of brand development and visual identity systems

Education

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Film Making, or related field

· Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, or video production (preferred)
