Indian Institute of Fashion & Design (IIFD) is one of North India’s leading design institutes, with campuses in Chandigarh and Mohali. We are seeking a passionate Video Editor Intern who wants hands-on experience creating engaging content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Passionate in editing videos, reels, and promotional clips for social media.
• Support senior editors during shoots, handling raw footage and organizing files.
• Learn and apply basic video editing techniques (cuts, transitions, sound syncing, text overlays).
• Help create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
• Research trending content styles and suggest creative ideas.
• Collaborate with the media team for ongoing campaigns and events.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and short-form video trends.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to take direction and learn quickly.
• Passion for storytelling through visuals.

Education & Experience

• Pursuing graduation in Media, Mass Communication, Film Making, or related field.
• Prior editing exposure (college projects, freelance work, or self-taught portfolio) will be an advantage.
