Job Description Role Overview:

We are looking to onboard a creative and performance-driven Video Editor Intern with a strong focus on Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how content performs on social media, keeps up with trends and can translate ideas into engaging, fast-paced videos.

You will work closely with the marketing and brand team to create content that improves reach, engagement and overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) optimized for Instagram & social platforms
• Cut, pace, and structure videos for high retention and watch time
• Add captions, text animations, transitions, sound effects, and music
• Adapt content to current trends, hooks, and platform algorithms
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short clips
• Deliver edits quickly while maintaining quality
• Incorporate feedback and improve content quality

Required Skills

• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut Pro)
• Understanding of Reels formats, hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Good sense of music, timing, and visual flow
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and creative briefs
• Strong attention to detail
