Video Editor (Junior Level)

Idara Al Khair is looking for a creative and responsible Video Editor who can create impactful and emotionally engaging content for a welfare organization. The ideal candidate should be skilled in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong understanding of storytelling for social causes, campaigns, and social media awareness.

Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: New Karachi

Working days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for welfare campaigns, donations, events, and awareness drives
• Create short videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Add captions, transitions, background music, and basic effects
• Ensure content aligns with the foundation’s mission and values
• Coordinate with the media/marketing team for content requirements
• Manage multiple editing tasks and meet deadlines
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor
• Strong command of CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Understanding of video formats and social media requirements
• Basic color correction and audio editing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with the team

Preferred (Plus Point):

• Experience working with NGOs / welfare organizations
• knowledge of short-form storytelling
• Basic understanding of After Effects
• Familiarity with social media trends
