Job Title: Video Editor (Media Team)
Job Summary
The Video Editor is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content while maintaining the creative and technical standards of the company. This role focuses on end-to-end post-production, including editing, storytelling, pacing, and delivering polished outputs aligned with brand and client expectations.
The Video Editor works closely with the Media Head and team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all video deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Storytelling
- Edit high-quality video content using professional editing software.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and flow.
- Maintain a high standard of creativity, visual quality, and attention to detail.
- Apply appropriate cuts, transitions, sound design, and visual enhancements.
2. Creative & Quality Standards
- Follow and uphold the company’s visual style, editing standards, and creative direction.
- Ensure all edits meet internal quality benchmarks before submission.
- Maintain consistency across all content outputs.
- Take ownership of the final output quality.
3. Revisions & Feedback Implementation
- Accurately implement client and internal feedback.
- Understand feedback clearly and translate it into effective revisions.
- Ensure timely turnaround on revisions without compromising quality.
4. Workflow & File Management
- Maintain organized project files, timelines, and assets.
- Follow established workflows, naming conventions, and storage systems.
- Ensure proper handling of file exports, formats, and deliveries.
- Support smooth post-production processes and efficient turnaround.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Media Head and team to align on project goals and timelines.
- Communicate progress, blockers, or delays proactively.
- Collaborate effectively within the editing team to maintain workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in professional editing tools (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of post-production workflows, formats, and delivery standards.
Editing & Creative Ability
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
- Excellent visual taste and creative judgment.
- Ability to maintain consistent editing quality across projects.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
