Job Overview
Read Solar Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Hire With AR, is looking for a Mid-Level Video Editor who can create engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, along with hands-on editing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos
• Create content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions
• Apply transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and color correction
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and social media teams
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and project requirements
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of video formats for social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Experience with reels, short-form videos, and ads
• Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content standards
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
