Platinum Education Services helps adults across the UK access fully funded university degrees. We're looking for a results-driven recruitment professional who thrives on performance and sales.

This role is phone-based, target-focused and comes with high earning potential. You’ll be speaking to warm leads, qualifying them, and guiding them through the first steps of applying to university.

As our Video & Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll create dynamic animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos that engage our community and showcase our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and animate social media ads, courses videos, and educational content using After Effects (or similar motion tools).
• Produce short-form (15–30 seconds) and long form content (5-8 mins) tailored for various digital channels.
• Execute end-to-end production — from brief and ideation to final render and delivery.
• Manage workload independently while maintaining a high creative standard in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to campaigns and visual storytelling.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer / Video Editor with a strong visual portfolio.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, pacing, and timing.
• Strong understanding of visual cohesion.
• Experience creating ads, demos, and social content for digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Basic sound design or YouTube video editing experience.
