Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer (3D/AI Focus)
who can turn ideas into
scroll-stopping visuals
: product videos, 3D animations, motion graphics, and short-form content that drives adoption.

🔑 What You’ll Do
-
Own the content pipeline
end-to-end: concept → script → storyboard → production → edit → ship.

Produce
product explainers, launch videos, ads, social shorts (9:16),
and
3D animations
that showcase features.

Build and maintain a
brand system
(visual identity, motion language, overlays, lower-thirds, LUTs).
-
Create
ready-to-use asset kits
for the Creator & B2B teams (thumbnails, social packs, deck visuals, B-roll).

Collaborate with Partnerships to tailor content for
creator onboarding
and
business demos
.

Set up
repeatable templates
(Premiere/AE/MOGRTs) for speed and scale.
-
Manage a light
production stack
(camera, lighting, audio) and direct contractors when needed.

✅ What We’re Looking For

4–7+ years creating
video + motion + 3D
for tech, apps, or product-led companies.
-
Portfolio that shows
polished product videos, 3D sequences, and motion design
.
-
Mastery of
editing & motion
: Adobe Premiere + After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve + Fusion).
-
Strong
3D
chops:
Blender
(preferred) or Cinema4D/Maya; lighting, texturing, simple rigging, camera anim, compositing.

Design fluency
: Figma + Adobe CC; typography, layout, brand systems.
-
Production basics
: mirrorless/DSLR, 3-point lighting, clean audio, color grading.
-
Comfort with
short-form social
(TikTok/Reels/Shorts): hooks, pacing, captions.
-
Organized: file structures, proxies, exports, codecs,
version control
for assets.

Unreal/Unity (for realtime previz), Redshift/Cycles/Octane, Geo-nodes.

Product marketing experience (A/B testing thumbnails, CTAs, watch-time optimization).

Sound design/music licensing know-how.

Basic
