Role Overview
Technovalley Software India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative Video Editor with Motion Graphics and AI prompting skills who can convert ideas into strong visual stories. The role focuses on creating engaging digital content for technology education global consulting events social media and brand campaigns in India and international markets.

The candidate will work closely with marketing academic and leadership teams to produce videos that inspire inform and convert.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing and Production
Edit high quality videos for social media YouTube Instagram LinkedIn ads reels shorts testimonials podcasts corporate videos campus events and workshops
Perform color correction audio cleanup subtitles and final exports
Maintain visual consistency with Technovalley brand identity

Motion Graphics and Animation
Create intro and outro animations explainer graphics kinetic typography logo animations and transitions
Design short animated promotional videos for campaigns

AI Driven Content Creation
Use AI tools for video generation image creation voice over and dubbing script and storyboard assistance
Write effective prompts and refine outputs creatively
Blend AI generated assets with manual editing for professional results

Graphics and Visual Design Support
Design thumbnails banners posters and social creatives when required
Coordinate with designers and marketing teams for campaign creatives

Performance and Optimization
Optimize content for engagement retention and conversions
Adapt content formats based on platform trends and analytics

Required Skills

Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
Experience with After Effects for motion graphics
Working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
Strong understanding of storytelling pacing and transitions

AI Tools and Prompting
Hands on experience with AI video and image generation tools
Ability to write clear creative prompts and iterate outputs
Experience with AI voice generation tools preferred

Creative and Communication Skills
Strong visual sense and storytelling ability
Ability to convert technical topics into engaging visual content
Good coordination and communication with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ed tech tech brands or digital agencies
Knowledge of YouTube SEO and short form content strategy
Basic camera and lighting knowledge
Experience with brand campaigns and performance ads
