Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with strong motion graphics capabilities. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands pacing, rhythm, branding, and has the ability to bring content to life through creative edits and animations. You will work on AI-powered voiceover projects, explainer videos, ad films, reels, product demos, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing and Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content
• Sync AI-generated voiceovers with video footage accurately
• Assemble narratives across long-form and short-form content formats
• Handle post-production workflows including transitions, pacing, music, and cuts

Motion Graphics and Visual Enhancements

• Design and integrate motion graphics, title sequences, and kinetic typography
• Add overlays, UI animations, lower thirds, and explainer visuals
• Enhance videos through visual effects, color correction, and audio balancing

Content Optimization and Repurposing

• Adapt content for multi-platform usage (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Convert existing long-form content into bite-sized, social-first formats
• Stay updated with trends in video content, especially in tech and AI

Collaboration and Direction

• Work closely with voice artists, scriptwriters, AI engineers, and designers
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency
• Translate creative briefs into video concepts with minimal supervision

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Strong grasp of color grading, audio mixing, and VFX integration
• Experience in AI-based tools like Runway ML, Pictory, Descript is an added advantage
• Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for visual detail

Bonus Skills

• Experience in dubbing or lip-sync animation
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX video walkthrough creation
• Experience with content marketing and brand video editing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,071.30 - ₹33,525.85 per month
