Video Editor Night Shift

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor who can identify trending videos on Instagram and TikTok (USA region) and create similar high-quality content for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify daily trending videos on Instagram Reels and TikTok (USA trends only)
• Understand why a video is trending (hook, timing, captions, music, transitions)
• Create engaging short-form videos inspired by those trends
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok (9:16 format)
• Add captions, effects, transitions, and trending audio
• Deliver content on time and consistently

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form videos (Reels & TikToks)
• Strong understanding of USA social media trends
• Ability to spot viral content quickly
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Creativity and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working with USA-based brands
• Knowledge of hashtags, captions, and posting strategies
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
