Video Editor (Real Estate | Final Cut Pro + MotionVFX)

Long-Term Video Editor (Real Estate Content) - Remote

Overview:

We are a US-based real estate media agency producing high quality video content for top real estate agents. We're looking for a skilled video editor (individual, NOT an agency or team) to join us as a long-term partner with consistent ongoing work.

About the Role:

You will be editing real estate-focused video content, including:

• Cinematic Full Property Tour Videos (horizontal)
• Social Media Property Reels (vertical)
• Branded agent videos (on-camera intros)
• Eventually: high-end premium video services + our internal social content

**MUST specifically have real estate video editing experience. NOT looking for a general video editor.

Turnaround Expectations (IMPORTANT)

We provide next-day turnaround to our clients for standard videos. Editors must be able to:

• Receive raw footage by 6PM EST
• Deliver by 10AM EST the next day

**MUST be able to work aligned with Eastern Standard Time (U.S.)

Required Tools (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Final Cut Pro
• MotionVFX plugins
• Ryan Nangle effects
• Access to licensed sound effects & music libraries
• Fast, reliable editing workstation (can handle 4K + graphics-heavy projects)

Requirements / Must Haves

• Proven experience editing real estate videos
• Strong portfolio (cinematic + vertical reels)
• Clean, modern editing style (ability to match our brand style)
• Strong pacing, sequencing, music selection, and visual storytelling
• Ability to handle fast turnaround + multiple projects
• Reliable communication (English) & ability to collaborate with our team

Work Volume

• 1-3 projects per day
• Based on seasonality
• Consistent ongoing work for the right editor

Compensation

• Project-based (to start)
• Consistent workload available

Growth Opportunity

We are looking for a long-term editor, not a one-time freelancer.

You will:

• Be trained on our editing style and workflow
• Receive consistent work if reliable
• Grow into higher-end projects and responsibilities over time (ex: Premium-level videos, our team's social content, and more).
