Job Description:

• Copying and organizing recorded footage properly.
• Syncing footage, trimming footage segments, and putting together the sequences of the video.
• Creating assembly, rough and final cuts of the long form content for our YouTube that align with the vision of our content.
• Adding the right music, graphics, subtitles, and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Color correction and audio cleaning and leveling.
• Creating shorter versions optimized for YouTube shorts, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3-5 years in editing non-fiction long form content for YouTube.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong knowledge of video formats.
• Strong sense of storytelling—knowing how to hook and retain an audience.
• Language fluency: English, Urdu. Working knowledge of other local language would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Aftereffects, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time (10 AM to 6 PM Pakistani Time) Monday to Friday
• Location: Remote
