Video Editor - Remote

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team at EXIMO DIGITAL. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing video footage to create engaging and impactful visual content. You will work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life and ensure the highest quality of video production.

Responsibilities:

• Review and select the best shots and video clips for the final edit
• Edit and assemble video footage, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions
• Incorporate and synchronize audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects
• Perform color correction and grading to enhance the visual appearance of footage
• Integrate visual effects, motion graphics, and titles into the video
• Apply transitions, fades, and other effects to ensure seamless scene changes
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand the project objectives and requirements
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet the desired vision
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software, and equipment
• Manage project files, backups, and maintain an organized library of video assets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
• Solid understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of audio synchronization, color correction, and visual effects
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Creative thinking and storytelling skills to enhance the overall impact of the video
• Strong organizational and file management abilities
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is highly desired
