Salary: 30,000 – 80,000 PKR (Based on skill level & portfolio)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who understands pacing, storytelling, and audience psychology. Your job is to produce high-quality, engaging content that keeps viewers hooked from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Edit social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form videos
• Use hooks, pacing, and storytelling to increase viewer retention
• Add transitions, captions, effects, and sound design to enhance engagement
• Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, ideas, and visual styles
• Maintain consistency, fast turnaround, and high-quality editing standards
• Stay updated with platform trends and editing styles

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics, text animations, VFX)
• Experience with CapCut for fast-paced social edits
• Ability to edit in multiple styles (cinematic, storytelling, fast-cut, meme, aesthetic, etc.)
• Strong sense of retention editing and understanding of audience behavior
• Good color grading, audio mixing, and overall visual finishing
• Portfolio / Showreel is mandatory

Bonus Skills

• Experience editing YouTube videos
• Familiarity with AI-based editing workflows
• Ability to create ideas, scripts, and hooks
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and trend patterns
