Video Editor (Social Media + AI Specialist)

We are looking for a creative and efficient Video Editor who can produce high-quality, engaging content using CapCut and modern AI tools. The focus is on speed, trend awareness, and visual impact. You will be responsible for turning raw ideas into polished YouTube videos, Instagram posts, and immersive Stories that capture attention immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content: Design and edit high-energy Instagram Reels, Stories, and static posts that align with current trends.
• YouTube Production: Edit long-form and short-form YouTube content, focusing on clean cuts, engaging captions, and smooth pacing.
• AI Generation: Use AI tools to generate custom images and video clips to enhance storytelling and create unique visual assets.
• Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date with viral transitions, trending audio, and popular social media formats to keep our content fresh.
• Visual Storytelling: Use overlays, text animations, and sound effects to drive engagement and maintain viewer retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CapCut Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of CapCut (Mobile or Desktop), including keyframes, masks, auto-captions, and built-in effects.
• AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools for image generation (like Midjourney or DALL-E) and video generation to supplement footage.
• Platform Savvy: Strong understanding of what works on Instagram vs. YouTube, including optimal aspect ratios, hook timing, and CTA placement.
• Efficiency: Ability to produce high-quality edits quickly without needing complex desktop software.
• Creative Eye: A solid sense of timing, color, and layout to ensure all posts look professional and cohesive.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing a content calendar or posting for a brand/agency.
• A portfolio showing a mix of "talking head" videos, b-roll montages, and AI-enhanced visuals.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
