Job Overview
23rd Edition is a cultural documentation project produced in Miami ahead of and throughout the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the 23rd edition of the tournament.
The project brings together 23 conversations with players, coaches, creatives, media personalities, community figures, and others whose perspectives are shaping the relationship between football and the city during a moment of rapid change.
We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced video editor to help turn interviews, matchday footage, and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and longer-form platforms.
While much of this content will live on social media, we are not simply looking for trendy TikTok edits or overly commercial content. We want editors who understand how to create work that feels authentic, documentary-driven, and immersive — content that captures the feeling of experiencing these moments firsthand while helping build a long-term cultural archive around football in Miami before and during the World Cup.
This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, social-first storytelling, and the pacing of modern content, while also having a strong creative eye and appreciation for atmosphere, emotion, and visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with a small creative team helping shape the visual identity and rollout of a growing documentary project during a major moment for football in Miami.

We’d love to work with creators who genuinely care about storytelling, culture, and creating meaningful work around the game.
