Job Overview

Cosmo Salon is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, beauty/fashion visuals, and storytelling through video.

This role is specially focused on creating high-converting video content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads. You will be responsible for shooting and editing engaging promotional videos, salon service content, customer transformation videos, ad creatives, and social media campaigns designed to generate leads, bookings, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos for salon services, treatments, events, and promotions
• Create and edit engaging content for:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• Facebook & Instagram Ads
• YouTube Shorts
• Produce ad creatives optimized for Meta and TikTok marketing campaigns
• Create trendy, attention-grabbing videos with modern transitions, hooks, captions, and storytelling
• Handle lighting, camera setup, framing, and audio during shoots
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts, ad ideas, and content strategies
• Ensure fast turnaround and timely delivery of edited content
• Maintain organized storage and backup of footage and project files
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and ad creative styles

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing
• Strong portfolio/showreel of social media content and ad creatives
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (plus point)
• Understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads content styles
• Knowledge of short-form content trends and audience engagement techniques
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in beauty, fashion, salon, or lifestyle content is a plus
