Video Editor with Motion Design Experience

About the Role

Are you a visual storyteller who can take complex technical concepts—like AI, Cloud Migration, and DevSecOps—and turn them into sleek, high-impact video content?

Quadrant Technology is looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of video assets that showcase our innovation, from high-level brand anthems and product explainers to social-first clips for LinkedIn and YouTube. This isn’t just about "cutting clips"; we need someone who can use motion design to visualize the "invisible" world of data and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Production Excellence: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including case studies, event highlights, and thought leadership interviews.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate 2D/3D elements, infographics, and typography to explain complex tech stacks and workflows.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with marketing leads to conceptualize and storyboard video projects from the ground up.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all video content aligns with the Quadrant brand identity—clean, professional, and future-forward.
• Optimization: Version out content for various platforms (e.g., 16:9 for YouTube/Web, 9:16 for Reels/Shorts, 1:1 for LinkedIn).
• Audio & Color: Perform color grading and sound mixing/SFX to ensure high production value across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics (agency or B2B tech experience is a major plus).
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Motion Design: Strong portfolio demonstrating kinetic typography, logo animation, and UI/UX motion.
• Visual Storytelling: A keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow.
• Communication: Ability to take feedback constructively and explain creative decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A link to your demo reel or portfolio is required for consideration.
