We’re Hiring: Creative Video-First Designer

Job Type: Hybrid

We’re looking for a creative, video-first designer who understands modern content and can produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social platforms.

What you’ll be working on:

* Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

* Long-form video content

* Motion graphics and animated assets

* Kinetic typography and text-driven edits

* Trend-based edits aligned with current social media styles

Required skills:

* Strong proficiency in CapCut (must-have)

* Solid understanding of short-form video trends

* Experience with motion design and kinetic typography

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects

* Ability to edit both long-form and short-form video content

* Strong sense of pacing, transitions, hooks, and storytelling

Experience:

* 1–2 years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design

Nice to have:

* Experience editing performance-driven content (ads, UGC, social creatives)

* Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats
