Job Overview

We are looking for highly skilled and creative Video Editors with 2+ years of professional experience to join our Media & Production team. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in motion graphics, cinematic editing, and social-media-friendly content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit high-quality video content for YouTube, reels, advertisements, and social media platforms.
• Work with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to create compelling motion graphics.
• Develop custom animations, templates, transitions, and visually impactful layouts.

Creative Production

• Sync sound, music, and visuals seamlessly to enhance storytelling.
• Apply color correction, color grading, and visual enhancement techniques.
• Implement typography, design principles, and visual rhythm effectively in videos.

Content Development

• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and scriptwriting teams to conceptualize video ideas.
• Understand project objectives and transform them into visually engaging content.
• Ensure all videos align with brand tone and marketing goals.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media reels, YouTube editing styles, ads, and digital video formats.
• Experiment with new effects, tools, and editing techniques to improve content quality.
• Incorporate trending visual styles while maintaining brand identity.

Efficiency & Delivery

• Deliver videos quickly without compromising quality.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Maintain an organized workflow and structured file management.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and motion design tools.
• Ability to create custom animations, motion graphics, and dynamic visual compositions.
• Solid understanding of color theory, sound sync, typography, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Awareness of contemporary content trends (reels, YouTube, ads, social media visuals).
• Fast editing speed with excellent creative problem-solving ability.
• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
