Paid Internship

We’re looking for a creative, motivated intern to work directly alongside our Media Coordinator on a wide variety of real-world media projects. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, with projects ranging from social media content and graphic design to photography, video production, and event coverage.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing a lot of hats creatively and wants actual experience creating content for active businesses and brands — not just sitting on the sidelines.

You’ll assist with day-to-day media tasks across multiple Firehouse properties, helping create engaging visual content while learning professional workflows in a working production environment. This internship has the potential to grow into a larger long-term role for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with social media content creation for multiple brands and businesses
• Editing short-form videos, reels, promos, and event recaps
• Helping capture photo and video content during events, promotions, and day-to-day operations
• Creating graphics for social media, print materials, menus, posters, advertisements, and digital campaigns
• Organizing and managing media files, project folders, and creative assets
• Assisting with photography editing and light retouching
• Supporting branding and marketing projects across restaurants, bars, events, and tourism-related campaigns
• Collaborating on creative concepts, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling
• Helping maintain consistent visual branding across platforms
• Occasionally assisting with larger-scale video projects and documentary production

Software & Skills

We primarily work within the Adobe Creative Suite, including:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Premiere Pro
• Lightroom
• After Effects
• InDesign

Experience with photography, videography, social media content creation, or graphic design is highly encouraged.

Bonus points if you have experience with motion graphics, animation, or audio editing.
