About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging videos and visually appealing designs. You’ll be responsible for planning, designing, and producing content for our social media platforms from short-form videos to static and motion graphics.

The ideal candidate is fluent in the language of social media, understands current trends, and has strong technical skills in design and video editing tools.

You’ll work closely with our founder and content team. We’ll provide raw content ideas, scripts, or footage — your job is to make them visually pop using AI tools, captions, motion graphics, and edits that stop the scroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality videos and reels for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Design social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional graphics that align with brand identity.
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns with the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and voice across all platforms.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quick turnaround times.
• Stay updated with social media trends, design aesthetics, and editing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (video editing)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (design & motion graphics)
• (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools are a plus)
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms, engagement, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
